William Wright - Principal and President

Mr. Wright is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in Java/EE, service oriented architecture (SOA), web applications, and information management. Bill has over 30 years experience in software development, team management, and technology consulting. He has hands-on experience leading and managing software development projects in all phases of the software development life cycle. His specialties include Object Oriented analysis, design, and development with an emphasis on quality control in all phases of development. He has expertise in the Rational Unified Process and the Unified Modeling Language. He has over 20 years extensive background in information management and data modeling. He has outstanding communications and presentation skills. Bill is an accomplished leader of development teams with experience in client relationship management at all levels of the corporation.

As software development manager at two major Telecommunications companies where he spent 22 years in Information Technology, Bill helped design, implement and supervise many innovative IT solutions.

Bill received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Auburn University, where he belonged to the Pi Mu Epsilon mathematics honorary.

Thomas Culpepper - Principal and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Culpepper is a successful entrepreneur, technologist, and leader. His wide range of expertise in designing and developing enterprise systems, migrating operational and legacy systems into component-based open system frameworks utilizing industry standards including 3M Health Information Systems, the Department of Defense and Sungard provides the vast knowledge necessary to create pattern-based software factories that propel business. His experience and participation in standards bodies such as HL7 and OMG are invaluable to the company’s strategic product development efforts. Thomas personally drives important architectural design decisions for new products. He works with businesses to ensure that the products Soringa Solutions provides are at the highest level of quality providing robust, resilient and reliable solutions to accomplish the most demanding of business applications.

A native of Landstuhl, Germany, Culpepper has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Weber State University.
