SOA/SaaS Assessment
Deep Understanding - Organizational Readiness

This engagement provides a deep understanding of your organization's ability to take advantage of service-orientation to reduce costs, increase productivity and escalate competitive advantage.

Why is it important?
  • Before achieving successful service-orientation you will need to have in place certain processes and practices.

  • This requires a foundational methodology for delivering solutions to meet strategic goals and tactical plans.

  • We will evaluate your current processes and determine how you can begin to use the  CDR™ , a methodology for successful adoption and long-term benefits for both business and IT users.

Who should be concerned?

CEO, COO, CTO, CIO, CFO, President, Owner, Division President, Managing Director or Partner wanting to understand their ability to take advantage of service-orientation and start getting their service automation portfolio organized and understood.

What are the objectives?

We will be providing you an "Organizational Guide to SOA Readiness" including a walk up the Service-Oriented Maturity Model and discovering your need for a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), what the first steps you need to take to get started and how to move forward.
